Anybody seen anyone ';famous';???in new york

Sounds kinda immature, but i am a star struck person, and me and my 2 best girlfriends are going during spring break, and have this plan to spot ';famous people'; while we are there. Any hot spots where they hang out at?

I%26#39;ve seen Sean Penn and Alex Baldwin (seperate times) on the Upper West Side, on the street. Don%26#39;t know where the hang outs are, sorry.

When walking around both the Upper West Side and Greenwich Village just keep your eyes open because you never know who is next to you. Also, Times Square before %26amp; after showtimes.....if there is someone specific you want to see that is in a show, you want wait to see them afterwards.

I have seen so many people, too numerous to mention, even on the subway.

Happy sightings!

Yeah, I saw Santa Claus in last year%26#39;s Macy%26#39;s Thanksgiving Day parade.

I can beat that Ruff...I saw Bettina! She%26#39;s much more famous than Santa. Just remembered that you saw her as well, which has me lagging behind ....darn that parade. (tried to write a word that rhymes with sam, but it wouldn%26#39;t post, it said it was a profanity!!!!!!!!!!!!)

My job has me walking around Manhattan all day with hour periods of time to kill. Most of my stomping ground is around Chelsea and the Village but I have seen celebrities in every neighborhood. Primarily in Chelsea, Soho Tribeca and the West Village. Keep your eyes open because they really seem to blend in here. (unless, of course, they%26#39;re out clubbing with an entourage).

They do seem to blend in, some of them look almost human! I know how tough it is having a famous face. I%26#39;m often mistaken for Catherine Deneuve.

Hang out outside a theater in which the show has recently premiered, as the audience is exiting or during intermission. The celebs like being the first kid on their block to see something. I once shared a smoke with Matt Damon during the intermission of La Boheme. Also, try any of the NY-based talk shows--Letterman, Regis %26amp; Kelly, Today, etc. You%26#39;ll see them entering and exiting.

Saw Ronan Keating in Times Square last Nov. - americans may not know him but he was in a boy band in the UK/Ireland a few years ago.

I saw alan rickman from die hard and harry potter in fao schwarz, I actually ran his woman over with my daughters pram....I blame jet lag for that!!

Try hanging around NBC, for example, I saw Kevin Bacon arriving for TODAY last year... look for limo%26#39;s...
