Has anyone got inside information on when the concerts are taking place this summer? I have looked on their site and the central park site. They have no info as yet. Last time we visited we were lucky to see them, the atmosphere was brilliant and the violinist proposed to his girlfriend. A night to remember.

They don%26#39;t post them until late spring/early summer. Typically they are held in the middle of the second week of July. I believe lasts year they were July 7 and 9. (When I say ';they'; I%26#39;m referring to both the NY Philharmonic and Met Opera concerts). They are also held at other outdoor venues throughout the five boroughs.
I%26#39;ll keep a lookout and will post a message when I see the dates announced.

Thanks Bettina. I%26#39;ll look forward to that. I think we may be unfortunate this year as we are coming later than normal due to friends holiday weeks. (16th July) We%26#39;ve even bought waterproof rugs just in case! Hurrah I can post again now from home, so can respond to messages without rushing in my lunchtimes.
