Looking for the best restaurant on the Upper West Side
Isabella's, Cafe de Artiste or Quest Restaurant
Isabella%26#39;s is a more casual place. Good but not ';special.'; Cafe des Artistes is a classic NY experience, fancy, beautiful flowers, romantic, famous murals on the walls. The food is continental/French and used to be better than it is. IMO, not appropriate for 2 sisters. Ouest (not Quest) is considered one of the best on the UWS. But if you guys are in your 30s or younger, I%26#39;d go to TAO in midtown. Fun, Asian, maybe some celebs.
