This series is slowly growing on British tv audience - is it filmed on Manhattan or is it all made out in Brooklyn or Queens ?

It is filmed all over NYC......has been renewed for 13 more episodes. It is good, isn%26#39;t it? Many of our firefighters say it is true to life, made very real by Denis O%26#39;Leary and his own heartbreak regarding some of his personal losses. It made us realize that they are not superhuman, but human after all, and all that entails.

NYC has always loved its fireman (sorry, world, we have the best %26amp; the cutest) before, and especially after 9/11. This event has deeply effected the entire department, and it is going to take years for it to fully recover, if ever.
