Restaurant and Bar Suggestions

Hi all,

I will be in NY with 3 others for 4 days and we are looking at a million different restaurant options. We%26#39;re staying at the Belvedere in Midtown and are looking to spend around $200-$250 on dinner for four (tip included). Any suggestions in this price range? Location really doesn%26#39;t matter.

Also, any good after dinner drink locations? We%26#39;re all 24-25 years old. Not loooking for a club. More of a sit down halfway decent place to drink.

We%26#39;re really open to anything. We would really like to get something genuine. I would say either a steakhouse that won%26#39;t kill the wallet or Italian.

One of my favorite places for a drink is the Algonquin Hotel. It%26#39;s a comfortable, sit-down type of place with a lot of history. That%26#39;s where Dorothy Parker and her crew used to hang out. Good drinks, too.
