Hi Bettina
I have read your raves on the sea in williamsburg and you said it is literally 5 minutes from manhattan. that is over in brooklyn, right? and what kind of subway ride would it be. i%26#39;m kind of afraid to venture over there, but i would really like to go. we are coming in april so i am working on my itinerary now. thanks for the info
question for Bettina
Here are the directions my friend gave me, which I followed and easily found the place. The L train runs across 14th St. in Manhattan, so you can connect from the A, C, E, F, V, N, R, Q, W, 4, 5, 6 lines! Make sure your train is headed toward Brooklyn.
You%26#39;ll need a reservation.
Sea
114 N. 6th St. (Berry St.) 718-384-8850
Here is how you get to the place:
Take the L train to the first stop in brooklyn, which is called Bedford Ave. Exit at the back of the train. When you get out to Bedford Ave, walk in the opposite direction of traffic to N. 6th St. (you exit the subway at bedford and N. 7th) Turn right onto N. 6th St. Walk over Berry St, and on your left is the restaurant called SEA. It%26#39;s right after the intersection of N. 6th and Berry. Can%26#39;t miss it.
