Reports on Airlink from Newark please.

We are arriving flying to New York for the weekend, staying at the Sofitel due to the great reviews on this site, and our travel company has booked us a return transfer from Newark with Airlink. Does anyone have any experience of this service?

Airlink as best as I can see offers both shared van service and private limo service. Which did they book for you? The probelm with the shared van service is you can wind up getting a grand tour dropping other people at their hotels before getting to yours. There have also been reports of waiting for the van to fill up (not specifically with airlink, but other shared van services). If it%26#39;s cancellable, I%26#39;d cancel it and order a car service that you don%26#39;t share.
